Many Many Thanks for your response for our plea of service from you. The engineers were very good and very efficient.

We’ve had our doors fitted for a number of years and until recently they’ve been great. Unfortunately the mechanism has gone wrong and we’re unable to open the doors fully but we are able to shut them, thankfully it’s that way around.
We’ve been trying to arrange an engineer visit for some while now, which regretfully is proving a little difficult. Times are very difficult at the moment but as a customer what you need to know is if there’s a problem the company will help you, its only then that you know how good a company is! We’re so glad to be able to shut the doors, imagine if they’d been stuck in the open position, especially over the winter we’ve had!
So it is with regret that whilst the product is great, the after sales service isn’t quite as we would have expected and liked.
We’re also hoping to get replacement parts, as the edging strip has “yellowed from the sun” over the years. We asked about this back in July 2020 and are still waiting.
Just seen an above comment to say someone has had their doors fixed on 24 November 2020, so maybe we’ve been unlucky with our request, although we have been trying to resolve our issue since November too.

*reply* Our sincere apologies. We had a number of difficulties during 2020 but we are back on track and trying hard to keep all our customers happy. Thank you for choosing our doors.

The doors themselves have been excellent to the point that neighbours have also installed them. After a year we had a problem with alignment such that the doors wouldn’t close. I contacted the office and the service I received could not have been better. The office contacted the engineers and Ryan and Dave arrived the next day at the time they said they would and fixed the problem within an hour. Great windows, great service. Thanks all.

We have had our doors for nearly 3 years and have been incredibly happy with the sleek, slimline look and smooth ease at which they open and shut. Installation went well and everything ran smoothly. A year later we decided to get hooks to pin back the windows as they would swing about in the wind. Engineers came and did that without any issues. I suggest everyone asks for hooks on the doors and windows as an add on, as they don’t come with them.

Admittedly it is hard to get through to anyone on the phone but if you’re persistent and do get through, things happen. The reason I’m giving 5*s today is because of the ‘aftercare service’ we have just experienced…

Subject: New order and recommendation

Dear Tony and Paul,

We are still delighted with our doors which you fitted into our new build last year. Everyone who has seen them loves them. Our close friend Nick Archer has placed an order with you, also today I gave your details to my architect David T from North West Design in Kelsall, he wanted to know where I sourced the slide and turn doors from as he has a project he wanted to recommend them to. I am sure he will be in touch soon.

You recently installed some UltraSlim Doors on our house. They look great, they let in lots of light and they are very easy to use. We love these doors!

Doors became tight when sliding and a service engineer was dispatched and resolved the problem. Our experience from start to finish was excellent & we recommend this company highly.

Hi there, we have now finished our extension and are loving the slide and pivot doors, thought you might like to see some photos!

Just to say we are so pleased with our doors that were installed around a week ago. Our experience from contact with Tony in sales and then Paul and Dee in the office has been fantastic from start to finish. The survey was undertaken on time and the doors went in one week early thank god!! Please also pass on my thanks to the installation team who were on time and very tidy in all the works they did.

Thank you once again for our lovely doors and all the new birds we get to see now in the garden.

We would be happy to recommend you as a company to anyone who asks about our doors.

We have had two sets of these. They have made such a difference and are admired by all who come. We are so pleased with them that we are thinking of having another set between our garden room and lounge.
